The fact that the FBI and the EPA obtained search warrants for the GKN Aerospace facility — where a compromised chemical tank forced the evacuation of some 50,000 people for several days last month — confirms our conviction that legal action is necessary to hold GKN accountable

This is an update on recent developments in the GKN chemical tank litigation, including our legal efforts.

As you may know, as part of our efforts, on Saturday May 23 we filed the very first lawsuit in this case, a class action complaint in Federal Court.

We are happy to report that all evacuation orders related the GKN Aerospace chemical tank incident have been lifted as of Tuesday evening.
