As you may know, as part of our efforts, on Saturday May 23 we filed the very first lawsuit in this case, a class action complaint in Federal Court.  Based on our deep experience fighting for families and communities who have suffered from other catastrophic events, and based on your submission on our website, we feel we are best positioned to represent you and your family.
